Homemade on site, our Ring Bologna and Smoked Sausages are crafted from the same recipes James Brant brought with him from Czechoslovakia. Generations of customers from near and far have enjoyed these items since the store's opening in 1922, and newer recipes like our second generation Pepper Sausage have gained a following over the years, too.
