At Brant’s Market, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. While we cannot accept returns of any food item, if there is an issue with your purchase, please let us know within 5 days of receipt and we will determine if you are eligible for a refund.
Shipments that contain refrigerated items are shipped Monday through Thursday, depending upon the destination, via UPS in an insulated box with ice. If a package is not estimated to arrive by end of day Friday, the package will ship out the following week. This ensures that you will receive your order in the best possible condition. Please allow an additional 1-2 business days for orders placed during weeks containing major holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Phone number is required at checkout because it is required by our carriers for shipping. If it is not provided, we may not be able to complete your order. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. If we receive an order and cannot, for any reason, complete the shipment, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Quality is of the utmost importance to all of us at Brant’s Market. While we ship year-round using insulated liners and ice packs, warmer weather brings additional challenges in keeping your products safe in transit. From May through the end of September, we apply our Warm Weather Shipping Policy to help ensure your order arrives in the best condition possible.
We review every order individually and assess weather conditions along your shipping route. If we believe your package may be at risk due to high temperatures, we may recommend expedited shipping. If so, we’ll contact you with a quote and give you the option to proceed, postpone, or cancel. Additional shipping charges will only apply with your approval and pre-payment. We do not mark up shipping for profit—we simply pass along the carrier’s rate plus the cost of shipping supplies like liners and ice packs.
Please note: if temperatures are especially high, we reserve the right to hold or cancel an order for safety reasons. We’ll do our best to contact you beforehand, but in some cases we may need to make that decision independently. And because customer safety is our top priority, we cannot offer refunds on orders that are shipped against our recommendation.
