While we cannot accept returns of any food item, if there is an issue with your purchase, please let us know within 5 days of receipt and we will determine if you are eligible for a refund.
Shipments that contain refrigerated items are shipped Monday through Thursday, depending upon the destination, via UPS in an insulated box with ice. If a package is not estimated to arrive by end of day Friday, the package will ship out the following week. This ensures that you will receive your order in the best possible condition. Please allow an additional 1-2 business days for orders placed during weeks containing major holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Phone number is required at checkout because it is required by our carriers for shipping. If it is not provided, we may not be able to complete your order. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. If we receive an order and cannot, for any reason, complete the shipment, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Please note that shipping costs have temporarily increased for some regions. While we ship in insulated boxes with ice, during extreme summer heat we have to guarantee shipments arrive in 1-2 days.
